The base of our white comes from plots of Encruzado near Torreão (our iconic stone tower) and 35% Arinto. Ageing in 500-liter barrels for 10 months and batonnage to adjust the acidity of the Arinto, highlighting the citrus aroma and resin of the Encruzado. A rich and intense wine, full and deep. An excellent wine for Portuguese gastronomy.
